To ensure all visitors have a safe and enjoyable visit to Dakota Ridge RV Resort, please review and follow our policies.
Check-in/Check-out
Check-in time begins at noon, and check-out is 11:00 a.m.
Pets
We welcome your leashed, well-behaved pets. Please do not leave pets unattended or tied to trees. Pets should be kept under control and quiet at all times. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. For the safety and enjoyment of all visitors, please refrain from bringing your pets into buildings, on to the playground, or to the swimming pool area. Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to accept Pit Bulls, Dobermans, Akitas, Rottweilers, Chows, and Staffordshire Terriers. We apologize for any inconvenience.
If you are caught allowing your pets to enter a non-designated area or if you do not pick up after your pets, you will be charged a $25.00 fee per occurrence.
Fireworks
For the safety of all guests, fireworks are prohibited on all resort property.
Quiet time
Everyone deserves a good night's sleep. Please move about quietly between the hours of 10:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
Vehicle repair and washing
Please refrain from washing your vehicles or RVs onsite. Our knowledgeable staff can direct you to nearby facilities. Also, no repair work, including oil changes, is permitted on resort property.
Rates
All posted camping and lodging rates exclude taxes, optional amenities, and additional persons and vehicles.
Deposits
Daily reservations: For stays up to six days in length, a reservation deposit equal to one night's stay is required. Any cancellation forfeits the deposit. No refunds or camp credits will be issued for early departure.
Weekly reservations: For stays between seven days and three weeks, a reservation deposit of $75.00 is required. A $50.00 processing fee will be charged for cancellations prior to 15 days of the arrival date. No refunds or camp credits will be issued for early departure.
Monthly reservations: For stays equal to 30 days or longer than four weeks, a reservation deposit of $100.00 is required. A $50.00 processing fee will be charged for cancellations prior to 15 days of the arrival date. No refunds or camp credits will be issued for early departure.
Cancellations
Need to cancel your trip? Deposits are non-refundable. However, you will receive a credit equal to the amount of your deposit that is valid for up to 14 months from the date of cancellation.
